Purchasing.
We are Quays Outdoor Leisure one of the UK`s leading independant leisure clothing and foowear retailers.

Your Statutory Rights.
By submitting your order to us you are allowing us to use your personal details to supply you with the
items you have specified.Your personal details will be passed to no third parties other than those
required to supply you with such goods. By submitting your personal details to us you have become
a Quays Outdoor Leisure Valued Customer and will be offered future promotions, special offers
and Quays Outdoor Leisure publications free of charge in return for your valued patronage.
If you wish for your details to be removed from our records then you may do so by writing to us
requesting this action.

Upon submitting your order payment for your order will be taken immediately in order
that our delivery service is not delayed in any way.
All order processing is restricted to our normal working hours 9:30am - 5:30pm GMT.
Pricing.
-All prices are inclusive of VAT.
-All prices are subject to alterations with no prior notice. E&OE.
-Special offer prices or prices below our RRP are strictly subject to availability.
-Promotions, special offers and free gifts are strictly subject to availability.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
Is charged at £6.99, smaller items that will fit into a jiffy bag will be charged at £4.99. or less.
The Scottish Islands, S Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles have an additional surcharge of £7.50.
The Channel Islands have a surcharge of £10.00.
We aim to send all orders out within 10-14 working days from receipt of order.
If for any reason we can`t do this we`ll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why.
If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen goods our customer service staff will let
you know the likely delivery date.( You also have the option of alternative products or a refund).
Please allow additional time (up to 15 working days) for the delivery of special order items.
In most cases the the parcel will not be left without a signature.Please provide us with a delivery
address where the parcels can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. we are happy
to delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.
If you are out when the couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient
time for redelivery.
Returns.
Any product may be returned for a full refund of its full value or exchanged for goods
of equal value if unused and in perfect condition within 10 working days of delivery.

Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer`s receipt, contact
details, covering letter explaining the reasons for the return and the required course
of action.
Overseas Delivery & Carriage.
Alloverseas orders are given a carriage cost at the time of order. We welcome
postage quotes via email fax or phone.
Payment.
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, American Express.
All submissions of payment details and indeed all customer details are safeguarded by
recognised encryption software.
Limitation on Liability
In no event Will QUAYSOUTDOOR.CO.UK be liable to any part for any direct, indirect
special or consequential damages for any use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site
including without limitation , any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other
data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if QUAYSOUTDOOR.CO.UK is expressly
advised the possibility of such damage.
